Day 10 – Forming Habit


Day 21 of January.

How are those New Year Resolutions treating you? Think you have your habit set in stone?

Apparently it takes more than 21 days to change your habits, your self image, for it to become automatic. On average, it takes 66 days.

So if you started on January 1st, 2013, your habit will be set in place, ON AVERAGE, on March 6th.

So, if you feel a little deflated, just remember this. You only have right now to continue a good habit.
